Terms Fees & Conditions 2025

All prices shown include GST
Fees are calculated and invoiced per term.
Our terms run with school terms.

Term 1: February 3rd - April 5th (9 Weeks)
Term 2: April 22nd - July 5th (11 Weeks)
Term 3: July 21st - September 20th (9 Weeks)
Term 4: October 6th - December 20th (11 Weeks)

Class 45 Min flat rate of: $16.50 (including GST).

2025 Class Prices ​​

​

Base Crew costs: (please note, this does not include extra training, competition registrations, costumes etc.)

Minis crew: 1 Mini Crew Class $27.50 and 1 Additional class $16.50 - Per Week : $44

Juniors/Young Gunz/Varsity: 2 Crew Classes Per Week : $55

Open Crew 1 x 2 hour Crew Class a Week : $44

 

All students MUST have a completed enrolment form to start their first class.

All fees to be paid by second week of term.

Only students that have paid in full by the due date can continue term classes.

I understand that if the term fees are not paid by the due date, I and/or my child/ren will be asked to sit out of classes until payment has been made.

NO REFUNDS e.g Missed classes , On camp, On holiday or just unable to attend.

COSTUME fees will be charged in invoice in Term 2 and Term 4 For Classes and Crews will be charged Throughout the year when needed. 

COSTUMES will remain the property of A2D Studios until paid in full.

TRIAL CLASSES:

All new students are welcome to try a Free Class. No need to pay anything just fill out the form and you will be ready to start. If you Enjoy the class you will be invoiced for the rest of the remaining Term. If we do not receive a text or call from you we will continue with your enrolment and invoice you the Rest of the term if you do not wish to continue please send us a Emil or text message.

Term Fees & Conditions

1. Fees are charged on a Term Basis. Once enrolled or expected into Crew, Full term fees for all classes will be invoiced at the commencement of each term 2. Term fees are required to be paid in full within 7 days of the commencement date or the start of the term. 3. Accounts can be paid by Cash, Direct bank transfer or PayPal 4. No Pro-rata fees, discounts of term fees will be provided for absences due to Illness, family vacations, religious holidays, or withdrawal from a class at any time once the term commences 5. There are no makeup classes provided for missed classes when a student is absent from class for any reason unless the studio has cancelled class and if we can replace this class we will but please note if not possible we can not guarantee a make up class. 6. Unless advised otherwise, all active enrolments will automatically continue in to a new term and will be invoiced accordingly. Should you decide not to continue into a new term, A2D Studios Must be notified by the end of the Previous term, in person, by phone. 7. A2D Studios require notice immediately of any payments that are unable to be made on time. Alternative payment plan arrangements may be offered at the discretion and with the Agreement of the Principal. 8. Failure to make payments in a timely manner or in accordance with any payment plan agreed will result into termination of students enrolment 9. Any unpaid term fees or any other charges that may occur, left unpaid without notice can result into the student not allowed to return back to A2D Studios in the new term. Please note: Except if the Principal determine otherwise deemed at the Principals discretion. 10. Legal action for recovery of the unpaid term fees or other charges may be enforced without further notice to the recipient signing this document. Any cost associated with recovery of unpaid fees or charges will be recovered from you. 11. Make sure you have read and Understand our studio RULES.

Rules & Regulations

UNIFORM​

All students must dress appropriately for class and keep to hip hop street wear.
No short shorts. (Must be at or past your knee).!
No gym wear, thongs, jeans, tight or restricting clothing.
Appropriate clothing includes:
Baggy t-shirts/Singlets/Jumpers (A2D Studio Tops are ENCOURAGED to wear).

Long shorts (basketball shorts), loose trackies. 

• ➡  Street shoes are to be worn at all times. E.g. (Air Forces, Hi-tops, Jordans, Dunks, Adidas, Vans, Converse shoes or imitations). No Crocs- Slides or Thongs.

ATTENDENCE 

Please note if you are away you need to notify Sabrina. If you can not attend or classes get cancelled due to Covid or unforeseen circumstances no refunds are provided we will do our best to have make up classes if we have the opportunity to. Contact Sabrina on 0413 961 140

Additional Rules:

• All students are now required to wait in their cars before classes.

• Parents are NOT allowed in the studio unless Teacher permits parents to watch at the end.

• If feeling sick or unwell, please inform Sabrina immediately if unable to attend class.​

• All Students will be Positioned in the Mid Year and End of Year concerts but this is not compulsory , please let us know if you do not want to participate in the concerts otherwise we will assume you are performing and we will include you in the performance .

RECEPTION / FOYER / AREA:

This area is provided for paying, dropping off and picking up your children.
Waiting in your car is the ideal option, as this is a small area and is not ideal for large crowds.

We encourage parents not to hang out in the foyer. 
Class turn over needs to be flowing and noise is to be at a minimum so students can concentrate in class.
Parents must be prompt in dropping off and picking up students. A2D takes no responsibility for students prior to commencement or after completion of classes.
DO NOT litter, we have bins provided for rubbish.​​

BEHAVIOUR:

- All students and family members must respect each other.! *Be friendly and greet everyone.
- Include others and make people feel welcome.
- Respect all the teachers assistants and every office staff. - No hitting or Touching others

NO BULLYING

1. Verbal Abuse
2. Physical
3. Name calling or degrading
4. Hurting someones feelings.
5. Inappropriate social networking
E.g. Facebook /Instagram relating to any A2D students or family members.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING!

MUST RESPECT:

- Staying positive and No name calling or inappropriate behaviour to other students or Teachers.​

- If students are rude or being inappropriate they will be ask to leave and no longer be part of the Dance Studio. 

It is very difficult when trying to put a show together and students are away . Looking forward to see what 2025 brings.

-  Please be aware that there are other building around us so no running or yelling outside. This is also a safety hazard as cars are coming to and from businesses that use the drive way frequently.

-  Speed limit for the drive way is 5km/hr. Please drive safely as there are children, adults and mothers with prams crossing the driveway.

A2D STUDIOS IS A SMOKE FREE ZONE!

- No smoking or vaping inside or out the front of the studio.
- If you must, smoke away from the building near your car, close to the fence and pick up your buts.

Do not smoke and hang in front of other factories and drop litter, (this includes smoke butts).

- No littering - ALL RUBBISH IN BINS

Conditions of Enrolment, Permission & Indemnity Waiver;

PHOTO & IMAGE RELEASE:

I give permission as a student or for my child/ren, to be photographed or  videoed for any promotional material such as newsletters, newspaper articles, poster/handouts, DVD productions, photo boards, billboards and Video footage posted in shopping centres flyers Social media and on the internet for learning/advertising purposes, which occasionally may be used to promote A2D Studios.

MEDICAL CONSENT:

In the events of an injury or accident, I, the parent/guardian or student (if 18 years of age or older) give permission to Addicted Dance Studios, the owners, operators and teachers to seek medical treatment for myself and/or my child/ren in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. Where an ambulance is deemed necessary, all costs will be incurred by the parent/guardian.
